We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like graduation and holiday periods.
When do you set up and pick up?
We typically set up the evening before your event and pick up the following evening. Our Ultimate package includes a 48-hour display period.
What if the weather is bad?
Our displays are designed to handle normal weather conditions. In case of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Can I add extras to my package?
