Where should we deliver and set up the display?

To personalize your yard card, list things like the recipient's name, birthday age, favorite colors, hobbies and interests, or sports. We'll use this with your selected package and accommodate requests to the best of our ability.

Any other information about the yard card, installation, or anything important for us to know.

Rental Agreement

  1. Payment is required to secure your yard card reservation.
  2. The yard card, and associated equipment, are a rental. These items are owned by Signed by Tonya. You will be invoiced for missing and/or damaged items.
  3. For our safety, please make sure someone at the delivery location is aware Signed by Tonya will be on the property installing the yard card.
  4. To assist us in installing your yard card, please water your grass every day, for the three (3) days leading up to your celebration date. Also, please ensure any pet messes are picked up.
  5. For the safety of others, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard card. The yard card has pointed corners and straight edges. The yard card will not support the weight of a child or an adult, which includes leaning, sitting, or playing on.
  6. Please do not move or attach anything to the yard card. This includes balloons, streamers, and silly string. These items can cause damage to the graphics. If the yard card needs moved or picked up early, please contact us.
  7. If you have a lawn company scheduled for service on the day of your celebration, please arrange for them to come before the yard card is set up. Lawn equipment will cause damage to the yard card.
  8. Yard Cards will not be set up during turbulent weather. If weather is an issue, we will reschedule or provide a credit for a future reservation.
  9. Cancellation: Due to the custom nature of our yard card business, canceled reservations will not be refunded. A credit for a future reservation will be provided.
  10. Signed by Tonya respects your privacy. We do not sell our clients' information to third parties. Please let us know if you do not want us to share a picture of your yard card on social media.
  11. Signed by Tonya and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, duration, and/or removal of any yard card.
  12. Advertising sign: As part of your rental, Signed by Tonya may place a small, tasteful promotional sign within the display. Please do not move, remove, alter, or dispose of it. This low-cost form of advertising helps support our small business and allows us to continue providing quality service.
  13. Homeowner notification & property access: If you are ordering a display for a property you do not own, you agree to notify the homeowner or resident at least 24 hours before installation. At least one adult resident must be aware our team will enter the property and that installation may occur during evening, overnight, or early-morning hours. You agree to provide them with a copy of these Terms and any pre- and post-installation instructions. All pets must be secured indoors or within a fenced area during installation and removal, sprinkler systems must be turned off for the rental period, and lawn maintenance must be completed before installation. Failure to notify the homeowner or resident may result in cancellation of the installation without refund.
  14. Lawn maintenance & care of display: No lawn maintenance — including mowing, edging, trimming, or weed-eating — should be performed while the display is installed. If grass is cut while the display is installed, a $20 cleaning fee will be assessed to cover removal of grass clippings and debris. Customers are responsible for any damage, staining, bending, cracking, theft, loss, or destruction of signs, graphics, stakes, stands, or other components that occurs during the rental period. Damaged or missing items will be invoiced at full replacement value, due upon receipt.
  15. Safety & liability: For safety reasons, please do not pull signs or stakes from the ground; move or relocate any part of the display; climb, sit, stand, or lean on the signs; play on or around the display; or place bounce houses, slides, water slides, tents, or other recreational equipment near the display. Signed by Tonya is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses resulting from misuse of the display, failure to follow these guidelines, or activities occurring near the display. Any damage caused by customers, guests, lawn service providers, pets, or other third parties is the financial responsibility of the customer who placed the order.
  16. Underground utilities: The customer is responsible for informing Signed by Tonya of any known underground sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting, septic systems, drainage systems, utility lines, or other underground structures in the installation area prior to setup. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Signed by Tonya is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground items. Signed by Tonya reserves the right to modify the display location or decline installation if there is a concern about potential damage.
  17. HOAs, community management & public spaces: You are responsible for obtaining approval from any HOA, community management, or public space authority before installation occurs.
  18. Right to refuse: Signed by Tonya reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
  19. Photographs & signage: You understand that photographs will be taken of the signs and your home may appear in the photo (your address and exact location will not be shared), and that a sign containing Signed by Tonya's information will be installed in the yard, in an area outside the frame of the photo.
